When looking for an instructor Dan wanted someone who was friendly and that really knew what they were doing. When learning to drive Daniel said it was much better than he had expected (He also added that his instructor John should get a raise lol), He found that Johns teaching methods were awesome and he would definately recommend new starters as were so cool. Daniel didnt have any improvements to add as he said everything was awesome.

When looking for an instructor Sophie wanted someone with a good reputation and somewhere she could start to learn before she was 17 years old, Sophie gained her confidence and car handling before heading onto the busy roads on our pre-learner site in Houghton, Carlisle. When learning to drive Sophie said that her off road experience had made the transition to public roads far less daunting. Sophie found her instructor John Wardles teaching methods very responsive to her performance and his feedback in particular areas of concern. Sophie would definately recommend New starters driving school as she was satisfied with the whole experience.

When looking for an instructor Joseph said the most important thing was that he was able to do some of his learning before he was 17 years old that's one of the reasons he chose new starters driving school as we have an off road driving site for under 17s where he covered a lot of his driving, the other thing he wanted was an instructor with a good reputation and pass rate. When learning to drive with John Collins, Joseph said it was a lot easier than he had expected and his teaching methods were excellent. When asked if he would recommend us Joseph said yes and he already has.

When looking for an instructor Rhiannon wanted someone who was patient and who could help her to build her confirdence. Rhiannon found learning to drive much easier than she had initially expected and she found her instructors teaching metods were helpful and useful. Rhiannon has added that she would recommend us as she was able to pass first time and her recommendation for improving our services would be that all students have a lesson with a different instructor close to test as this helped Rhiannon.

Compared to what she initially thought Amy found everything alot easier and her instructors teaching methods were brilliant. Mark wrote us a review and had this to say, the most important criteria when choosing a driving instructor was that the instructor had to make you a safe driver and he also wanted someone who was not going to put pressure on him. When learning to drive it was a lot easier than he had expected with all the help he got, His instructors teaching methods were brilliant and Mark also said that he would recommend us to others because our instructors adapt to the learner and the learners speed of progress. There was nothing Mark could think of to improve our services.

When looking for an instructor Megan wanted someone who was friendly, approachable and well informed as well as having good reviews. Other important factors were the instructors teaching methods. When learning to drive Megan said that after having lessons previously with another instructor she had expected to hate it but said that Kenny made it enjoyable and relaxed so Megans confidence grew and it was great. She added that her instructors teaching methods were brilliant and that she would definately recommend new starters as teaching methods and instructors are great. Megan also said she couldnt think of anything to improve our services but did note maybe the price but she said new starters were well worth every penny of the price.

I would like to leave a 5 star review for John Wills he was an amazing driving instructor for our daughter Millie. He built her confidence from the pre learner lessons right through to the day she sat her test. He is patient, down to earth and is really easy to get on with. He relates amazingly well to people and is always calm and positive. Nothing was a bother and he was flexible and communicated really well with her regarding dates, times and pick up points for lessons. He was straight down the line and made her lessons fun, interesting and varied routes to improve her driving experience. He was very thorough and kept her Total Drive app updated so we could all see the progress she was making. He was totally supportive throughout all her lessons and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend John to others and have no hesitation to give him a 5 star review.

Sam found that when looking for an instructor he wanted someone with good reviews and pass rate, He also wanted an instructor that could offer him intensive lessons at a good cost. When learning to drive Sam had already had some lessons with a different instructor but found Stephens teaching methods were good with a variety of teaching methods.
